Efikasi Kendiri Dari Perspektif Teori Sosial Kognitif dan Pendekatan Akhlak Dalam Pembangunan Keusahawanan

ABSTRAK

Teori keushawanan mengikut pendekatan psikologi telah menjadi satu subjek yang menarik minat ahli akademik lebih daripada dua dekad. Bagaimanapun, ia masih dianggap sebagai satu bidang baru dalam penyelidikan ilmiah. Beberapa sarjana menganggap hal ini disebabkan kurangnya kesepakatan dalam kalangan ahli akademik berkenanaan dengan konsep psikologi dalam bidang keusahawanan. Kertas kerja ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perbandingan di antara Teori Kognitif Sosial dan pendekatan Imam al-Ghazali dalam konsep keusahawanan. Hasil kertas kerja ini dapat membantu pihak pengurusan untuk memperbaiki sistem pendidikan keusahawanandalam meningkatkan tahap kecenderungan keusahawanan dalam kalangan pelajar Institusi Pendidikan Tinggi (IPT) menceburi bidang keusahawanan di Malaysia. Kajian ini dirumus dengan perbincangan mengenai implikasi teoritikal dan praktikal serta cadangan untuk penyelidikan pada masa hadapan.

Kata Kunci: Pendidikan keusahawanan,kecenderungan keusahawanan,sumber efikasi kendiri.

 

ABSTRACT

Psychological theories of entrepreneurship has been a subject of academic interest for more than two decades. However, it is still considered as an emerging field of academic research. Some scholar attribute this to the lack of common agreement of what psychological entrepreneurship is. The study of the factors that leads people to become entrepreneurs has been a question of many researchers. The purpose of this paper is to examine the comparison between existing literature on Social Cognitive Theory and Imam al-Ghazali approach in the development of student intentions to become entrepreneurs. The study can provide feedback to the managerial organization in order to improve the entrepreneurship education which can increase the level of entrepreneurial intention among students of Higher education institution (HEI) in Malaysia. This paper was concluded with a discussion on theoretical and practical implications and suggestions for future research.
